Banksy Balloon Girl stencil

As well as appearing on the South Bank this stencil appears in several locations in the Hackney / Shoreditch area. This one was first painted over then boarded over. Nearby is a stencil advert for a band which reads DESTROYROCK&ROLL. Stencil graffiti was a pretty popular way of advertising new bands around this time.
