Wallis House

Wallis House

Wallis House is located on the Great West Road in Brentford, West London. It is an outstanding example of art deco architecture and is currently being redeveloped as part of a large scale project which will transform a significant area into a new residential and retail zone. Wallis House was originally constructed in 1936 and was designed by Thomas Wallis for Wallis Gilbert and Partners. In 1955 it became the headquarters for Beecham Group Limited and through several takeovers and acquisitions it was finally sold off by Glaxo Smithkline when they moved to their new headquarters, also in the Great West Road.
