Banksy Girl With Balloon stencil in Great Eastern Street

As well as appearing on the South Bank this stencil appears in several locations in the Hackney / Shoreditch area. This one in Great Eastern Street was boarded over. Nearby is a stencil advert for a band which reads DESTROYROCK&ROLL. Stencil graffiti was a pretty popular way of advertising new bands around this time.
