Mekon stencil graffiti by Leeks in Shoreditch.

I don't think there's any major significance of Dan Dare's arch enemy appearing in a East London street but it's a nicely worked bit of stenciling. 

The Mekon was a scientific experiment in creating a highly intelligent being.
