First Great Western – Night Riviera Sleeper service, Paddington Station, London

The First Great Western Night Riviera Service is one of only two sleeper train services left in the UK. Running between London Paddington and Penzance and stopping at many stations in between its a link to train travel of the past but with right up to date facilities. A trip on the train involves an overnight sleep in a berth to wake up at a convenient time at your destination. I’ve never tried it but having done the road equivalent its something that one day I hope to be able to report on further here.
