Banksy Fifteen rats

Banksy rats near ‘Fifteen’  As mentioned previously Jamie Oliver (aka the Naked Chef) is a bit of Banksy fan. He turned up at Turf War and is pictured having his lunch in front of one of Banksy’s Designated Picnic Area signs in one of his books. Anyway the road his restaurant Fifteen is in hasn’t escaped the addition of this pair of maverick rats.
