Evol Tower Blocks.

When Evol came to London in December 2012 he spent some time creating these amazing tower blocks in the heart of London. Standing two to three tall these are actually concrete road blocks which have had layers of stencils applied to give them a look of a run down hi_rise housing estate. The shading, textures and detail are pretty damn exquisite.
