One New Change

One New Change is a new shopping centre with a difference – how many retail locations can boast a view of St Pauls as part of their appeal? Eight floors high it includes a public viewing gallery of St Pauls on the sixth level amongst all the usual retail outlets and restaurants you would expect to find in an upmarket location.
