Inspired by Tesco&#8217;s Buy One Get One Free (or BOGOF campaign) Banksy has moved into sculpture. The idea is to make two sculptures _ one to be sold and one to be donated to the public. Naturally some lucky local council won&#8217;t be able to choose the site. They&#8217;ll just\u00a0 wake up one morning to find that a new monument has been cemented in place overnight.
