While its Art Deco facade looks magnificent in white on a sunny day you can get a great view of it at night when it is bathed in a green light. If you want to see it bear in mind that the lights are turned off at 10pm every night after understandable complaints from the neighbouring houses. &nbsp; The Hoover building was designed by Wallis Gilbert and Partners who were also the creators of Victoria Coach Station.
