He created an &#8216;elemental geometric form&#8217; in glass on all four sides of the tower and so got round the restrictions on advertising.<br \/>\nThe site used to be owned by the Liebig Extract of Meat Company, the makers of Oxo, and cranes used to lift large quantities of meat off the barges on the river.
