After the original &#8216;Have a Nice Day&#8217; cops began to decay the slogan in the middle of the bridge was updated several times.<\/p>\n<p>Abandon Hope (9am &#8211; 5pm) would have been seen each day by thousands of commuters making their way to and from work and sums up many peoples attitude to their mundane working life.
