Sweet Toof – Back on Track show

Sweet Toof – Back on Track show at Images in Frames Picture Framing & Gallery, Walthamstow, London.

Images from Sweet Toof‘s Back On Track solo show at the Images in Frames Gallery, Walthamstow. Show runs from Thursday 1st May 2025 (preview) for two weeks (check with gallery on exact opening times before travelling).

There’s huge variety of work on display, far more than show here but here’s some pieces that caught my eye.

The canvas featuring the show name has some great touches and references to discover in it, returning to the train motif that has featured in Sweet Toof’s work over the years.

The gallery itself has been given the Sweet Toof treatment in it’s window displays, complete with bespoke teeth (naturally with a signature gold tooth every so often).

If you’ve ever wonder what Sweet Toof looks like, there’s a Self Portrait on display.

Calling this one Ruffians really and having them spray on the frame creates a great painting with a matching sense of mischief.

These electrical boxes were my favourite works in the show, Would love to see a street version (there probably is one out there already)?

There were a few engines too, this one entitled ‘Skull Train’ is painted on a metal plate loco.

There were a wealth of large canvases, too many to show here. The amount of work is quite astounding, much of it expertly framed. See it while you can as I’m sure a lot will be off to good homes shortly.
