Banksy rat , Old Street car park.   Things went quiet for a while in London when various pictures purporting to be Banksy appeared in the newspapers – it seemed like he had gone to ground. Then these massive rats appeared in London and Liverpool and normal service was resumed.

STATUS: Under wooden boarding pending removal
