Banksy snorting copper, Waterloo

A snorting copper found around the back of Waterloo station in Leake Street. Several years later this road was to become the site of the most ambitious street art event in the UK – the Cans Festival which saw artists from all over the world come to transform its dank, stinking tunnel.
