C215 reportedly takes his moniker from the number of the cell he was once locked away in. Christian Guémy, is based in Paris but his intricate, layered stencils have appeared on the street worldwide. His subjects are often those who wouldn’t normally be noticed, his stunning portraits bring a focus on the homeless and the elderly.
