Partisans

Photos of the Welsh Punk band The Partisans taken in London. They played a few of the better known songs from their second LP including Radio 1 DJ Peter Powell’s favourite (seriously)! Blind Ambition.  

Not that they’d remember but I once walked back to the Tube Station with two members of the band after going to see Blitz at the 100 Club. We got talking as there was hardly anybody in the venue _ Blitz had just chucked out their guitars and brought in the synths. I resolved to go and see them there and then not knowing it would take the best part of 20 years!
