Banksy Turf War – photos

Banksy’s Turf War rocked. I went on the Friday ‘cos i had a feeling it wasn’t going to run the distance. By Sunday the painted animals had been removed and by Monday the whole exhibition had been shut down (according to Bankys’s website because of legal reasons).

There’s been lot of speculation over whether he has ‘sold out’ or not. Various rumours are doing the rounds, e.g. the show was sponsored by Puma, the event didn’t get cancelled because of legal reasons but because it just didn’t work without the animals. And my personal favourite – Banksys real name is Robin Banks (according to the BBC). I wonder if they have ever said the name Robin Banks aloud?
