Health and Safety gone sad

Trafalgar Square was built to the specifications of Charles Barry in 1840. It’s fountains have been a long term feature and have been used for decades in times of celebration or just for a bit of fun for the kids on hot days. Suddenly we can no longer work out what is safe ourselves anymore and these signs have appeared in each fountain. In tomorrows picture you’ll see just how crass they look…betcha can’t wait.
