HMP London - Art of the State

Hey, he's got a big one up! I'e been seeing A2-ish ersion of this from my usual bus route (the 91, particularly Caledonian Road down to Kings X) for a few months, and wondering about them. Then I saw this same giant poster near Dalston junction and wanted to blog it myself – but my cameraphone didn't catch it properly, boo! Then I saw your post, and turns out I was beaten to it 😉 Clearly Dr D's all over London now – any ideas what he'll do next, where he'll take this idea?
